BIRTHSTONE PENDANTS : 2 years ago, I bought a baby shoe pendant from J.C. Penney's. Thependant is 10K gold, with enamel paint in the birthstone color.Now we have a new addition to our family and I'd like to buy anotherpendant, but J.C. Penney no longer carries them.Doing a trademark search, I see that AB is registered to Aaron Basha,but based on the fact that Aaron Basha's baby shoe pendants are 18Kgold (not 10K like mine is stamped), that I bought it at J.C.Penney's, and that I paid less than $100 for it, I'm pretty sure it'snot a real Aaron Basha.Anyone have a clue where I can find these "knockoffs"?I'd contact Aaron Basha, frankly. It's entirely likely that he licensed thedesign to to J.C. Penney to produce in the 10K, especially if it stillcarries his copyright info. He would be the best one to tell you how tofind the 10K version, if it still exists.
