I personally like the look of two piercings in one ear, a stud above a hoop. Just don't go nuts and get six or eight all the way up to the cartilage. Hardly anybody on earth can pull that one off.
DIAMOND STUD EARRINGS : For what it's worth, you won't need a hand-holder: it's essentially painless, very quick, more of a pinch than anything. Maybe you should try the one and see how you like it; if it doesn't suit you, you can take it out, and if it does, you can get the second one, in the same or the other ear. And then if *that* doesn't suit, take *it* out. The nice thing about ear piercings is that they're reversible. And cheap.I'd go for it - in both ears. Don't worry about what others think. Only one ear pierced looks very 80s, and I prefer the symmetrical look. I'm a straight UK male and I have both my ears triple-pierced, with small gold hoops at the bottom, diamond studs in the middle and small gold studs at the top.
