FUNKY WATCHES : Hey,This reminds me. Wasn't there a watch brand out there about 5 to 10 yearsago (I know I am old and these time things get fuzzy in my dimensia riddenstate) called Boy London. They carried really cool funky watches that weresteel and had flip open faces? I did a google search for them but couldn'tget anything to come up.By the way thanks for posting the seiko spoon line, Sally, you rock. The tiny watch shop inthe small town I am in had them. And as I think about it that was closer to10 years ago. It was $80 us for a neat watch with a revolver barrel facethat twisted sideways to reveal the watch.Now that I am no longer nursing I can wear a watch that is mighty cool againwith out worrying about needing to take pulses and haveing a second hand orthe watch being steel with sharp edges that can poke patients! (Yeah its offcollege again for my computer engineering degree...finally!)The neat part is that now I can do whatever I want with myself and I am verytired of nurse appropriate hair, makeup, and watches!Any info on anything really neat in the watch dept is really appreceated asI need some new happy little things for myself!
FUNKY WATCHES : SEIKO make very bad watches, especially SEIKO KINETIC Watches.The storage capacitor i n Seiko Watches are unreliable. CapacitorReplacement and Service Charge is $150/-. Unfortunately,the watch failed safety test with radiation leakage exceeding safe level.Anyway, watches are obsolence these days. They merely serve as fashionaccessories more than functionality when you have clock functions in pagers,hps and even computers nowsadays.The new economy-bies dont wear wrist watches.....they wear palmtops.True. I see many people not wearing watches (or bras). They just wearthe 8850's around their necks.There are real-life funky watches that can function as an SOS beacon,like the Brietling Emergency watches. NATO wanted such a watch, and soBreitling made one with the help of Dassault. The transmitter can onlybe activated once, and if it has been used in a real emergency, it willbe replaced FOC. Otherwise you'll cop a heavy fine (a five-digit figure,can't remember exactly how much), and maybe even legal action.

Whatmessages are these females trying to sending out ?That their boobs are almost non-existant and bras are not needed ?They wanted to be treated like as equals to men who dont wear bras ?Their boobs are great artistic assets and should be admired by all ?PS: BTW, why are you staring at their breasts ?!? Shame on you ! ;)i buy a cheapo swatch and use it until it dies... which is not oftenand it takes some violence to kill it...so far, i've only owned 4 watches.... 1 was lost, 1 killed in thearmy, 1 i accidentally smashed and then the current one... tells thetime well, and that's all.. why pay a lot of money for one?
