HANDMADE BRACELETS : You'll find it very easy to recreate the flavors of McDonald's annual St.Patrick's Day shake using only four ingredients. The two that make thisholiday shake unique are the mint extract and green food coloring. Makesure your extract says "mint" and not "peppermint." And if you don't wantshakes that are green like the real ones, you can certainly leave out thefood coloring. Happy St. Patty's Day, kitchen cloners!2 cups vanilla ice cream1 1/4 cups low fat milk1/4 teaspoon mint extract (not peppermint)8 drops green food coloringCombine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed untilsmooth. Pierce cake withlarge fork at 1/2" intervals. Stir 1 cup of the boiling water into each flavorgelatin in seperate bowls 2 minutes or until completely dissolved. Carefullypour red gelatin over 1 cake layer and lime gelatin over the other. Refrigerate3 hours. Dip 1 cake pan in warm water 10 seconds; unmold onto serving plate.Spread with about 1 cup of the Cool Whip. Unmold second cake layer; place onfirst cake layer. Frost with remaining Cool Whip. Refrigerate until ready toserve.
