JEWELRY HEART PENDANTS : I was the Maid of Honor in my sister's wedding two months ago. She gave us Christmas music "boxes". Mine is a large ceramic sculpture of children running down a staircase with presents under the Christmas tree. It plays "Here Comes Santa Claus." I love it! In fact, I liked the idea so much that I will be giving all six of my bridesmaids Christmas music "boxes". (In fact I bought them last week.) They are all different to suit each one's personality - Penguins skating on an ice rink for my penguin-freak friend, a kitten holding a Xmas stocking in her mouth for the cat-lover, etc. I think that these gifts are especially fitting given that my wedding is the week-end before Christmas. I think that every year that my bridesmaids unpack all of their Christmas stuff to decorate, they will look at their music boxes and think of my *fabulous* (grin) Christmas wedding and the special part they played in it.

JEWELRY HEART PENDANTS : Still trying to decide about the male attendants, but it's between Beer of the Month and a Leatherman Supertool (cost for either about $60-70). We also have an usher who's a gay musician and most likely won't like either of those, so we have to think of something else for him The flowergirls are also getting jewelry, very small gold heart pendants on short boxchains. They only cost about $30 for the set.The younger boys are getting engraved money clips with about $5 each in them, and a really cool catalog for kids (it actually has really inexpensive things they can buy with their own money). They're all at that age where they think it's really neat to be able to spend their own money. Cost: $25-30.
JEWELRY HEART PENDANTS : The Acolyte is older than the other boys (13), so he's getting a swiss army knife, the youth one. We made sure to ask his mother if this was ok before we did it. Cost about $25For our attendants, we are giving Cross RollerBall pens to everyone. They will be engraved with their name. Cost: about $30 each.This includes ushers and guest book person. There are no flower girls, ringbearers, etc.We just purchased our gifts for attendants--we got Sog paratools (whichare like the Leatherman) for everyone. I know that most of the women willlike those as much as the men, and for the one guy who doesn't do any outdoors stuff, it might be a novelty. Anyway, they were on sale at REIthis weekend for ~$36.A gay musician might like the Leatherman as much as any of your otherattendants. Musicians need tools... depends on what they play and where,but they may have to futz with cases and packing and strings or reeds orvalves or sticks and microphone wires and stands and all sorts of littlemechanical nuisances, not to mention all the joys of frequent travel,especially if they travel by car or van.

Cost of inventorywas over $3000, and about $200 of that has been sold.Most items were purchased at 35 cents per gram from my closeout source - Ionly bought the most popular items. Soon after I got involved with thejewelry, I began to day trade stocks, and that is what I do full-time now,so I'm just looking to clear all of this stuff out. In addition to what yousee on the web site, there are about 100 boxed gold filled items. Someitems I have perhaps 50-100 of each or more, they are the most popular ones,such as the heart pendant bracelets, the Gucci style bracelets, the goldvermeil diamond-cut bangles, the heart filligree earrings with genuinestones (probably over 200 of those), the gold vermeil necklaces, and manyothers. I have 7 of the 10K gold 1/4 carat heart pendants and about a dozenof the watches. I'm guessing the total number of items I have is around700, if not more. I would say retail value is at least $10,000 - and that'slow retail, like a flea maket. I'll also give the buyer the name and phonenumber of my source. The first $2000 takes it all, but don't offer me anyless - I'd rather just list it on eBay and let it sell for whatever it sellsfor. Any questions, just email me.
