I also have made lots of just FUN stuff too! I have a website and have paid for a search engine , but have yet to see my website come up on any searches (should show up on aol and msn). This would probably be a good resource formarketing ideas. I strongly recommending checking it out for yourquestions.This news group, for marketing, should also be a good resource. But notfrom me - I have no successful experience there.Your local city, county, and state governments all want to regulate you. Inreturn, they often provide useful information. You can avoid them, and riskrunning afoul of laws and regulations. Or you can contact them, and getinformation - and probably end up paying for a business license. Myexperience: if you contact city or county, they have information sheets thatcover who you need to contact, and for what purposes. I have always foundthem friendly and helpful, but then I live on the West Coast.
SALVATION BRACELETS : If you are selling in a state with sales tax, you definitely MUST find outwhat the laws are in your state. Any of the government contacts above willpoint you in the right direction to get a resale license, or whatever yourstate calls it. Selling via a web site is still treated like mail ordersales. Usually, you will be responsible for collecting and turning in salestax for all retail sales made to people within your state, but not outside.However, check with your state for the actual laws there.I hope this did not scare you. Therefore, there is no proper way towear them with hose.Dr. Fashion will agree that ankle bracelets made of leather strips or a fewbeads can be quite attractive with capris, walking shorts or sundresses.But there is no salvation for ankle bracelets made of gold links.The fact that they are made of gold doesn't make them elegant orprofessional-looking.And as both you and your friend have noticed, they aren't all thatcompatible with hose anyway.
